Production Description on Straight Seam Welding Mahinery
ZDBT straight seam welding machine series fit for carbon steel, stainless steel, Al and Al-aloy columnar workpieces. Which can be completed a set with several welding operating system for TIG, TIG+ Wire Feed, MIG/MAG/CO2, Plasma, SAW and so on. They are widely applied in Aviation, Fire-fighting Equipment, Solar Water Heater, Pressure Vessel, Autocar, Autobike, Domestic Appliance, Foodstuff Machinery industries and so on.
1.The mainframe is in a manner of a cantilever, which is easy to assemble and unassemble, and keep the mainframe with a stable shape after every welding work.
2.The stable PLC systerm can make the production process with a high automation only by works’ finger touching.
3. The compaction systerm uses air-operated keyboard clamp, which ensure the workpiece touch the copper packing completely. The distances between two keyboard are tunable complies with workpiece welding.
4. According to the different thickness of workpieces, the distances between the mandrel and keyboard are tunable too.
5. The beam-guiding device ensure the weld gun will not deviate from the welding line.
6. The welding speed and the wire feed speed are tunable through direct current dynamo.
